These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers presented by Phwild through the Website, newsletters, SMS and on site notifications. They form part of Phwild's overall Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Bonus Terms prevail for bonuses.
Bonuses are issued to eligible real‑money accounts that are fully verified. Each person may maintain one active account per household and per device. Account sharing, multiple registrations, or use of disposable contact data may result in disqualification and forfeit of bonuses and any winnings. Bonuses may be deposited based, no deposit, free spins or other promotions. To activate a bonus, access your Phwild account, open the Bonuses area and select Activate for the desired offer. If the offer requires a deposit, complete a qualifying deposit after activation to apply the bonus to your balance. Cancellation of a bonus may result in deduction of the bonus amount and any winnings associated with it.
Where applicable, qualifying deposits for bonus eligibility require amounts equivalent to published thresholds. Examples commonly observed include thresholds around 1,000 RUB, 35 BYN, 10 EUR, 15 CAD, 20 NZD, 5,000 KZT or 130,000 UZS, or their equivalents in other currencies as posted in the offer terms.
Unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, bonus wagering requirements are 45 times the sum of the bonus amount and any winnings attributed to it. Game contributions toward wagering vary by category: slots generally contribute 100%, while certain games or categories may contribute partially or not at all. Phwild may require verification documents prior to payout, including government‑issued identification and proof of address. If the original deposit was made by card, verification may include card documentation. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be delayed or restricted.
Engaging in fraudulent activity or any promotional abuse, including collusion or manipulation of game mechanics, may result in cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, account suspension or closure, and potential legal action as permitted by applicable law.
