Purpose and Scope

The KYC Policy (the "Policy") sets forth Phwild's requirements for customer identity verification, anti-money-laundering controls, and ongoing due diligence applicable to all players accessing Phwild online gaming services. The Policy governs data collection, processing, retention, and disclosure in connection with identity and financial verifications.

Account Eligibility and Opening

To open and maintain an account with Phwild you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. You must be the sole beneficial owner of funds used to fund the account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; only one account per person is allowed. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account is prohibited, and Phwild may suspend or close any account found to be in breach.

Identity and Age Verification

Phwild will perform identity verification (the "Verification") as a condition of account creation, deposits, and withdrawals. Verification may start electronically and may require additional documentation. We may limit or suspend withdrawal during Verification. If Verification cannot establish admissible age or identity, the account may be closed and any pending transactions canceled or reversed. Age checks are conducted at account opening and as needed during activity, including random checks.

Documentation and Evidence Required

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., passport, national ID card, or driving license) showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank or credit card statement, or government-issued document).
• Any additional documents reasonably required to establish identity, age, and source of funds.
• If the name or information on submitted documents does not clearly match your Phwild account, Phwild may request a reasonable explanation or additional documents to resolve discrepancies.

Source of Funds and Ownership of Funds

You certify that funds used in Phwild transactions are yours and originate from legitimate sources. You may be required to demonstrate ownership of such funds upon request.

Data Collection, Processing, and Privacy

Personal data collected for Verification will be processed in accordance with Phwild's Privacy Policy. Phwild may share information with regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and payment service providers as required by law or to prevent financial crime. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard data.

Compliance with Law and Sanctions

Phwild operates in compliance with applicable gambling, anti-money-laundering, and counter-terrorism financing laws. We conduct ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity, screen against sanctioned or high-risk lists, and cooperate with authorities as required. We may suspend or terminate service to individuals or jurisdictions where prohibited by law or license restrictions.

Geographic Availability and Restrictions

Access to Phwild services may be restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. We reserve the right to adjust availability and to request geolocation or other verification to enforce restrictions.

Account Security and Communications

You must keep your login credentials confidential. Phwild may monitor communications (including calls, emails, and chat) for security and compliance purposes. You consent to such monitoring where permitted by law.

Retention and Amendments

We retain documentation collected for Verification for as long as required by law or regulation and for internal controls purposes. Phwild may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated in accordance with our procedures. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
